Refund Policy
At Arshivveda, we take great care in delivering high-quality Ayurvedic products. Due to the nature of herbal and consumable products, we generally do not accept returns or refunds once an order is confirmed and delivered.
However, in exceptional cases listed below, we are happy to work with our customers to find a fair and amicable solution.
Damaged Product
If you receive a damaged product, please notify us within 5 days of delivery by emailing contact@arshivveda.com.
Please include the following in your email:
- Order number
- Image of the invoice
- One clear image of the outer shipping box
- Two clear images of the damaged product
If multiple products were shipped, only the affected product will be replaced.
Once verified, we will promptly arrange a replacement for the damaged product.
Missing Product
If any product is missing from your order, please notify us within 5 days of delivery via email at contact@arshivveda.com.
Please include:
- Order number
- Image of the invoice
- One image of the outer box
- Two clear images of the opened package showing all received items
After verification, we will promptly ship the missing product.
Refunds will not be issued for missing items, but replacement will be provided.
Spoiled Product
If a product appears spoiled or defective, please notify us within 10 days of delivery via email.
Please include:
- Order number
- Manufacturing date / packaging date
- Clear images or video of the product
Our team will review the case and investigate the issue. If the claim is verified, a replacement will be provided.
Please note that minor variations in taste, color, texture, or aroma are natural in herbal products since they are made from natural ingredients and prepared in small batches.
Such variations do not qualify for returns or refunds.
Response Time
All emails will be acknowledged within 24–48 hours, and our team will provide full assistance to resolve the issue.
