At Arshivveda, we strive to deliver your orders safely and on time.

Shipping Charges

Shipping charges may apply depending on the product, order value, or location. Any applicable shipping charges will be displayed at the time of checkout. Free shipping may be offered during promotional campaigns or special offers.

Order Processing

A complete and accurate postal address including PIN code, email address, and contact number is required to process and deliver your order successfully. Please verify your shipping details before placing the order.

If the ordered item is in stock, it will be packed and dispatched within 1–3 working days from our warehouse.

If the ordered item is not in stock, production may take additional time and the order may be dispatched within up to 10 working days. In such cases, we will inform you accordingly.

Domestic Delivery (India)

Once dispatched, domestic orders are generally delivered within 3–7 working days, depending on your location.

Deliveries are made between Monday to Saturday, 9:00 AM to 7:00 PM, excluding Sundays and public holidays.

Please note that delivery timelines may vary due to factors beyond our control such as weather conditions, courier delays, or logistical issues.

International Shipping

For international orders, delivery typically takes 10–15 working days after dispatch, depending on the destination country and customs clearance process.

Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive the tracking details via email or SMS so you can track your shipment.
